Lightweight and compact grapple saw with tilt

– Suitable for urban tree removal and felling of energy wood.
 

This compact and lightweight grapple saw, with a weight from only 200 kg, works the same way as the popular bigger grapple saws SG220 and SG280. Suitable for installation on various base machines.

Mecanil SG220 G2

A gamechanger for the tree removal industry

– Suitable for urban tree removal and felling of energy wood.
 

Easy-to-use and lightweight grapplesaw with tilt. The grapple saw is a combination of a high-powered chainsaw that can cut through wood within seconds, and a strong grapple that locks onto the tree allowing the operator to lower the limb to the ground in a controlled manner preventing property damage or injury to people below. Suitable for installation on various base machines.

Mecanil SG280 F G2

Grapple saw developed for felling whole trees in one felling

– Suitable for felling of energy wood or trees in forest areas.
 

The SG280 F is based on the standard SG280, but the saw unit is modified to better suit felling of whole trees.

Mecanil SG210 G2

Compact and lightweight grapplesaw without tilt

– Developed to be used on small excavators etc.
 

This grapplesaw has the same features as the SG220, but without the tilt function and the valve set for the control system. SG210 works with 2 double-acting hydraulic lines (grapple open/close and saw out/in). Suitable to intall on, for example, excavators.

Mecanil SG270 G2

Heavy duty grapplesaw without tilt

– Developed to be used on excavators etc.
 

The standard SG270 has the same features as the SG280, but without the tilt function and the valve set for the control system. The SG270 HD (Heavy Duty) has the same size saw system as the SG280, but this grapple is reinforced and very robust, designed to be used with fixed mounting. Suitable to intall on, for example, excavators.

Mecanil XG220 G2

Versatile and efficient energy wood felling head with both saw and cutting unit

– This is a giant leap forward in professional energy- and small wood harvesting.
 

With this unique head you cut small bushes, twigs and thinner trees with a snap and fell bigger trees using the saw. The head also works perfectly as a traditional loading grapple. The XG220 is a combination of two of the most successful and tried out Mecanil products; Mecanil EG250 energy wood felling head and SG220 grapple saw. The head is very easy to install because of no need for any additional hydraulics. Mecanil XG220 A RC is equipped with the patented self-powered wireless control. Does not require any change of battery. The battery is charged when the grapple is in use.
