Development of new saw bars
Saw bars are an essential part of working with Mecanil grapple saws. The saw chain needs to be replaced frequently and this means it has to be easy to replace it.
Mecanil has launched it’s own saw bars especially designed for the Mecanil SG grapple saw line. These bars will make it significantly easier to replace the guide bar and saw chain due to the customized length and increased tensioning movement.
The bars come in four lengths 16”, 18”, 22” and 25”.
The bars are produced by Iggesund Forest AB which is a renowned high quality harvester bar manufacturer.
